TOPIC : THE NECESSITY OF RIGHT THINKING
SCRIPTURE: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you do not like the way you live, change the way you think.
God, in our anchor Scripture, makes it clear that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Knowledge refers to awareness, consciousness or understanding of a thing. This implies, from our Anchor Scripture, that many of God’s children are destroyed for lack of awareness, consciousness or understanding.
Beloved, it is important to know that the destruction of the people of God is not because of the strength or powerfulness of the devil but because of the lack of awareness or understanding of their rights and privileges. God’s people are ruined because they are not aware of who they are or the provision that belongs to them in God.
The lack of awareness of who we are in God is also the reason why life is out of control. The Scripture makes us to understand in Psalms 82:5-7 that all the foundations of the earth are out of course and control because of our lack of awareness.
Furthermore, awareness is a secret of wealth; your possession is a product of your perception; anything that does not cross your mind can never cross your life. Even if it crosses your life by mistake, you cannot retain it because your mind may be too small to handle the breakthrough. For example, if the thought of billions of dollars is not in your mind, you cannot have it in your hands. That is why the Bible says, Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts. Proverbs 4:23 (GNT). For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Proverbs 23:7.
Therefore, it is important to renovate your mentality. To renew and renovate your mind is to be upgraded in life. If you do not like the quality of your life, upgrade your mentality. If you do not like the way you live, change the way you think.
My counsel is, make conscious effort to renovate and upgrade your mentality on a consistent basis. The renovation of mentality is a life-time assignment if life must be upgraded.
Remember this: If you do not like the way you live, change the way you think.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Avoid harbouring negative thoughts in your mind.
2. Let the thoughts of what you want and where you want to be in life fill your mind.
3. Renovate your mind always by studying God’s Word.
PRAYER: O Lord, I reject every negative and limiting thought in my mind. I ask for the grace to renew my mind by studying Your Word, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Not many people realize that life is indeed, spiritual. The physical world in which we live isn’t all there is; it’s in fact controlled from the spirit world.
All around us in this physical world are angels, but you can’t see them with your physical eyes; you have to pass over into the realm of the spirit to see them. Now, the point of all that is this: everything God says to us is real in the realm of the spirit, but to make them real in your life, you have to speak them forth. The Word of God is activated by your words.
Your words are “spirit words”; when you speak, you connect to the spirit realm. Your words are the connection between the earth realm and the spirit realm. Every time you speak, whatever you say is real in the realm of the spirit. If they’re positive, faith-filled words, they’ll produce faith-results. If they’re words of fear, discouragement, and defeat, they’ll produce such negative results as well.
Your words are either working for you or against you; the reason you must watch what you say. It brings to mind the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:37: “For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Recall what He said in our opening verse.
We’re made, not just to look like Him, but also to function like Him. We release spirit and life through our words. The energy released by your words will either give life or produce death. It’s for the same reason the Bible says in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue….”
Release positive energy through your words. Speak life to your world, to your family, your job, your ministry, your finances, etc. Speak life to everything that concerns you. Affirm God’s Word in every situation. What you say is what you get (Mark 11:23); never forget it. Therefore, speak life only, and always; speak “spirit words”; faith-filled words.

_I declare peace with prosperity for the nations of the world, and affirm that the Gospel of Christ has free course and is glorified; the righteousness of God is exalted in the nations, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

TOPIC : PROOFS OF SOLID SPIRITUALITY
SCRIPTURE: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The higher a person goes with God, the humbler he becomes.
Yesterday, we saw the value of spirituality; we saw that the true needs of man are spiritual, and that when the spiritual is handled, every other thing flows. We also saw that a true spiritual person is responsible, operates with high mentality and is reliable.
Today, we want to look at products or proofs of spirituality. I will give you two of them:
i) Spirituality is doorway to tenacity
Tenacity is the capacity to withstand pressure and keep on keeping on (Job 14:14). Spirituality facilitates optimism, positivism, enthusiasm. A spiritual person is a real fighter; he does not give up and does not take ‘No’ for an answer. He is a goal-getter.
ii) Spirituality anchors humility
The more spiritual people get, the humbler they become. This is because the Almightiness of God always reveals the nothingness of man. Humility is necessary because God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:7). The humbler we get, the more engraced we become; the humbler we get, the more lifted we get.
Humility means the capacity to receive positive and constructive advice. Humility means the admission of ignorance until proven otherwise. Humility means teach-ability; that is, being teachable.
Some time ago, a young man who submits to me in Ministry was telling me some things; when he was through, I told him to put those things in writing and email them to me. This is how we should live; you are willing to learn from anybody.
Beloved, my counsel is, be tenacious in your approach to life; get closer to God in order to be like Him in humility.
Remember this: The higher a person goes with God, the humbler he becomes.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Maintain the lifestyle of tenacity.
2. Make up your mind to be always humble before God and men.
PRAYER: O Lord, I ask that You give me the grace to be tenacious and humble. I ask for a buoyant spiritual life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

```For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him (John 3:34).```
Some Christians have said only Jesus had the fullness of God’s Spirit, and that the rest of us only have a measure of the Spirit. But in the light of God’s Word, that’s not true.
First, the Bible says of His fullness, referring to Jesus, have we all received, grace heaped upon grace (John 1:16). Moreover, the Holy Spirit, as a person and in His fullness, lives in you, if you’re born again.
Now, the confusion of those who propagate the notion that only Jesus had the Spirit without measure stem from the King James rendering of John 3:34. It says, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure UNTO HIM.” The underlined words, “unto him,” are actually in parenthesis, meaning that they don’t exist in the original Greek text; they were introduced by the translators, and it’s misleading, because it makes you think that verse is talking about Jesus, whereas it’s not.
The correct rendering is, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure.” You were sent, just as Jesus was sent of the Father: “Then said Jesus…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (John 20:21-22). You have the “whole” Holy Ghost in you, in His fullness.
Ephesians 3:17-19 talks about you being filled with all the fullness of God. The same is said of Jesus in Colossians 1:19: “For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.” If you thought that was something to shout about, read Colossians 2:10; it says, “And ye are complete in him….” In whom are you complete? The preceding verse 9 tells us who: “For in him (Christ Jesus) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Blessed be God!
You’re complete in the One in whom all fullness— the fullness of the Deity, the Godhead—dwells; you’re perfected in Him. Meaning that you’re replete with God. You’re the walking, living, tabernacle of God. Hallelujah!

_Blessed and gracious Father, how great thou art! Thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me in His fullness, and the eternal glory He’s brought into my life. I live to love you, to honour you, and to do your will, every day of my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

THE VALUE OF SPIRITUALITY
SCRIPTURE: Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Acts 20:28.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.
Spirituality is an indispensable necessity for life and destiny. The greatest need of anyone is the need for true spirituality. The most essential needs of man are spiritual needs. When the spiritual is handled, the natural follows. Therefore, a person must give crucial attention to his/her spirituality more than all other things in life.
Now, let me give three things that spirituality would produce in the life of a person:
i) Spirituality is doorway to responsibility
Every true spiritual person is a responsible person. A spiritual husband, father, employee or employer is a responsible person. To know God well is to do things well. Nothing refines character like spirituality. The closer we get to God, the more like Him we become (2 Corinthians 3:18). Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.
ii) Spirituality sharpens mentality
The closer to God we are, the more like Him we think. No one can be closely related to the Almighty God and behave like a fool. Distance from God is distance from sense; disconnection from God is impartation of stupidity.
iii) Spirituality is doorway to reliability
The closer people get to God, the more reliable they become in their character (Daniel 6:3). So, the limit of spirituality is the limit of reliability, and reliability is foundation for authority. Your spirituality will provoke your reliability and your reliability will establish your blessing.
Beloved, my counsel is, develop your spiritual roots in God and let it reflect in the way you live.
Remember this: Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Decide to maintain a life of high spirituality.
2. Endeavour to always accept responsibility.
3. Be reliable in everything you do.
4. Approach life with a solid mentality.

THE VALUE OF SPIRITUALITY
SCRIPTURE: Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Acts 20:28.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.
Spirituality is an indispensable necessity for life and destiny. The greatest need of anyone is the need for true spirituality. The most essential needs of man are spiritual needs. When the spiritual is handled, the natural follows. Therefore, a person must give crucial attention to his/her spirituality more than all other things in life.
Now, let me give three things that spirituality would produce in the life of a person:
i) Spirituality is doorway to responsibility
Every true spiritual person is a responsible person. A spiritual husband, father, employee or employer is a responsible person. To know God well is to do things well. Nothing refines character like spirituality. The closer we get to God, the more like Him we become (2 Corinthians 3:18). Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.
ii) Spirituality sharpens mentality
The closer to God we are, the more like Him we think. No one can be closely related to the Almighty God and behave like a fool. Distance from God is distance from sense; disconnection from God is impartation of stupidity.
iii) Spirituality is doorway to reliability
The closer people get to God, the more reliable they become in their character (Daniel 6:3). So, the limit of spirituality is the limit of reliability, and reliability is foundation for authority. Your spirituality will provoke your reliability and your reliability will establish your blessing.
Beloved, my counsel is, develop your spiritual roots in God and let it reflect in the way you live.
Remember this: Spirituality without responsibility is insincerity.

2. Endeavour to always accept responsibility.
3. Be reliable in everything you do.
4. Approach life with a solid mentality.

The Christian life is a demonstration of divine love. 1 John 4:8 says, “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” God is love personified. He demonstrated His love towards us in that He gave Christ to die for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8).
Being born again, you’re born of God, and if God who is love gave birth to you, then you’re a child of love, and love personified. Divine love isn’t something to pray to God to give you; it’s a feature of your recreated human spirit: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love…” (Galatians 5:22). What’s expected of you is to demonstrate the love that’s stored up in your heart, and be a blessing to your world. Be an oasis of love in a troubled world.
Jesus said in John 14:15, “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” An example of His commandment is the instruction to preach the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). You’d be demonstrating the love of God to your world when you reach out to others with the Gospel of Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:14 says, “For the love of Christ constraineth us…”; we’re propelled by His love to preach the Gospel, just as He was propelled by love to take the place of sinful men on the cross. He was the expression and communication of the love of God.
Not only did He speak words of blessings to the people, He also touched them and related to them with love. He helped them know that the Father loved them. You felt love, divine love, when you were in His presence. People from everywhere came to Jesus, to hear Him, and be with Him, because in His words, they heard and saw love.
As a Christian or minister of the Gospel, this should be your desire: manifesting the love of Jesus to the world. It’s one of the things the Holy Spirit does in your life; He reveals God to you and as you get to know Him, His love dominates you. This is because the more you love Him, the more like Him you become.

_Dear Father, I thank you for flooding my spirit with the revelation of your love and for helping me, not only to walk in the increased consciousness of your great love for me but to also, demonstrate this love and be a blessing to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Faithfulness means being consistent in character.
Today is democracy day in our nation,"Nigeria! It is a very important day in the history of our great nation. We thank God for His mercy on Nigeria. It is important to know that Nigeria is in the Heart of God; this is why He had blessed this nation in many ways.
Now, according to our anchor Scripture, one key to accessing the blessing of God as a person and a nation is faithfulness; the blessing of God is key to the transformation of life. Jacob was transformed by the vehicle of the blessing (Genesis 32":24-31).
Therefore,"it is important to understand what it means to be faithful":
1. Faithfulness means undivided loyalty and submission
When a person is faithful to God,"spouse or nation, he has undivided loyalty and submission to them. Being truly faithful, loyal and honest to Nigeria and Nigerians as we always proclaim in the national pledge is key to greater heights in national development.
2. Faithfulness means absolute commitment
Faithfulness to developing our country means being committed to ensuring that the core values of life that would wipe away corruption are strictly practiced.
3. Faithfulness means consistency of character
Faithfulness is the refusal to allow evil, corruption or dubious practice to be perpetuated in your place of work, either as a leader or as a subordinate. Faithfulness means being consistent in positive character.
Beloved, if we embrace and practice the points outlined above as a person or as a nation, we shall see God’s abundant blessings on our lives that would lead to national transformation.
Remember this": Faithfulness means being consistent in character.

```I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do (John 17:4).```
The Lord Jesus, in the verse above, shows us how to glorify the Father. He glorified the Father by doing what He wanted Him to do. He thus gave us an example on how to give glory to God. It’s not just by saying, “Father, I give you glory,” no! You glorify Him by doing His Word; by producing Word-based results.
It doesn’t matter that someone is singing, “I give you glory, Lord”; if he isn’t a doer of the Word, the Lord isn’t glorified. You can stand in front of someone and say, “I give you food,” it doesn’t mean the person got the food from you. It’s like giving a testimony: you can say, “I just want to testify that Pastor Chris has really blessed me; praise God!” That doesn’t mean someone who’s listening understands what you’re saying. But if you begin to say what I did for you that blessed you, then those listening can understand you.
Now, it doesn’t quite mean that when you say, “Lord, I give you glory,” something is wrong with that; no! The point we’re simply making is that doing God’s Word is actually the best way to glorify Him. Then when you say, “I glorify God” or “I give God glory,” it makes spiritual sense because you’ve done that which actually provides that glory. You don’t want to give glory to God only to discover that He never received or accepted it.
Jesus said, “I have done what you asked me to do and you’re glorified.” That’s the way Jesus glorified the Father. It’s the reason you should study the scriptures to know what He wants, and do them. What the Lord is going to applaud and reward you for on the day of Judgment is His Word that you lived out.

_Dear Lord, I thank you because your Word is alive and actively working in me, filling me with joy unspeakable and full of glory. I’m fully resolved to live to your honour and glory, by doing the Word and producing Word-based results, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

SCRIPTURE: Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:17-18.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you cannot appreciate God for where He has brought you from, then you can never accelerate to where He is taking you to.
It has been confirmed that the future is never guaranteed for the frustrated. The agreement to be frustrated is the agreement to forfeit destiny. That is, existing and remaining in the realm of frustration aborts one’s future. Destiny does not deliver for the depressed. Life is never fruitful for the ungrateful.
Show me a man who decides to permanently remain frustrated, depressed and ungrateful, and I will show you a man who will forfeit his destiny, future and fruitfulness in life.
If you cannot appreciate God for where He has brought you from, then you can never accelerate to where He is taking you to.
To secure your future, you must always be grateful to God.
Destiny cannot happen for a man who refuses to be happy.
Every attack on your joy by the devil is an attack on your destiny. Every time the devil organizes a situation to make you unhappy, depressed or frustrated, it is an indirect attack on your destiny because he knows that anything that weighs you down slows you down.
So, you must be excited not just because there is a reason to, but because it is the right thing to do; decide to be excited not by feeling but by choice. This is because joy is not a gift but a choice (Philippians 4:4). Decide to choose how to feel.
Remember this: If you cannot appreciate God for where He has brought you from, then you can never accelerate to where He is taking you to.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God will hold you responsible for the outcome of your children in time and in eternity.
Today is children’s day! It important to know that children are God’s precious gifts (Psalm 127:3). Our anchor Scripture makes it clear that the way a child is trained is the way he would go in life. For example, prostitutes, armed robbers, entrepreneurs, presidents of nations, etc. are all products of parental upbringing. Therefore, it is important, as parents, to embrace the responsibility of bringing up our children in the way of the Lord.
Now, why is it necessary to embrace the responsibility of raising your children? I will give you three reasons:
1) To delegate your children’s upbringing to other people is to leave them at the mercy of the values and principles of those people and that may be destructive to your children’s lives and destinies.
2) If you do not accept the responsibility of raising your children today, they will end up as liabilities tomorrow.
3) God will hold you responsible for the outcome of your children in time and in eternity; He will not hold the teachers or the nannies responsible.
I heard a story of a small boy who was just about ten years old. He killed his younger brother with a knife. People could not believe that such a little boy had such evil intentions. When he was asked why he killed his brother, he said that he was watching a particular cartoon program and one of the characters told him to kill his brother. So, he decided to carry out the act.
Beloved, my counsel is, as parents; never delegate your children’s upbringing to other people; do it yourself.
Remember this: God will hold you responsible for the outcome of your children in time and in eternity.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Accept the responsibility of raising your children; do not delegate it to anyone.
2. Pray for/with your children, and teach them God’s Word always.
3. Expose them to practical life lessons and monitor their growth and progress.
PRAYER: O Lord, thank You for the gift of children You have given me. I ask for the grace and wisdom to train my children in Your Way, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

EMBRACING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BRINGING UP YOUR CHILDREN.
SCRIPTURE: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

There’re no Christians specially anointed or gifted to cast out demons. Jesus said, “…these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…” (Mark 16:17). The only qualification needed for you to be able to cast out devils is to be a believing one; it’s to be in Christ. Every Christian has authority to cast out devils, including the one that just got born again minutes ago.
Someone might say, “How can that be? Don’t we need to prepare ourselves and pray ‘powerful prayers’ before we can cast out devils?” No! Jesus didn’t even ask us to pray about the devil. He said, “Cast him out!” You never need to tell God to do anything about the devil, because He already did everything He needed to do about the devil, and demons of darkness, and gave you authority over them.
In Mark 6:7, the Bible says, “And he (Jesus) called unto him the twelve, and…gave them power over unclean spirits.” The Greek word for “power” is “exousia,” and it means “authority.” Jesus gave us authority over unclean spirits. Read what He did to them in hell: “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it” (Colossians 2:15 NKJV). Jesus rendered Satan and his cohorts incapacitated; powerless and useless. But guess what? When He did it, you were in Him.
In Luke 10:19, He said, “Behold, I give unto you power (authority), to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (ability) of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” You have the authority to control and tame Satan and his cohorts; to put them in check; and that authority is perfect and absolute. No demon can resist it.
Remember what we read in our opening verse, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…”; it’s a law in the realm of the spirit. When you ask a demon to come out in the Name of Jesus, it’s as though Jesus Himself were speaking. Live in the authority of His Name. Refuse to allow the devil run rampage in your environment.

_Dear Father, I thank you for the victory of Jesus over the devil and the entire host of darkness, which He wrought on my behalf. Now, I live in the victory and authority of Jesus Christ; Satan and his cohorts are no factors for my success. I live triumphantly in Christ, every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

FIVE HABITS THAT TRIGGER STRESS
The
Oxford learner’s dictionary refers to stress as "So worried and tired that
you cannot relax yourself." The word stress was originally an engineering
term, which was a measure the amount of pressure a building could take before
it collapsed. But presently a lot more people are collapsing from stress than
building. As much as we try to avoid getting stressed, many of us still break
down under stress, because of the way we have decided to live our lives.
One thing that is noteworthy is the fact
that stress is fed by anxiety, and anxiety by frustration, and frustration is
the bedrock of failure. Knowing and avoiding these habits outlined below will
help you take control of your life and live a stress-free, failure-free life.
1. Taking up more than you can handle
The
easiest way to make a man fail is by putting too much in his hands. This would
bring about anxiety, strain and eventually
failure. No matter how talented and skillful you are, it is also wise for you
to know your limits. In truth, no one works "best" under pressure. Working
best under pressure has always been a justification for inadequate planning. Knowing
your limits will help you to plan adequately and achieve greatness. All you can do, is all you can
do and nothing more. We advise you to do a sincere self-check. Put away all you
need to, reject all you need to and accept all you need to. Continually taking
more than you can bear is the easiest path to the grave.
2. Trying To Live Your Life By The Achievements Of Others
One of our biggest stress triggers in life results
from comparing ourselves to and competing with other people. When others become
the yard stick with which you measure and live your life. You find out that you
may never measure up, may never achieve true satisfaction and peace of mind,
even when you work harder than you ought to. There is an advice parents give to their children in
Nigeria where I am from. It says;
"Don't
look at your neighbor’s pot of soup to cook yours"
This
simply means, don't copy anyone's life, to live yours. You are free to be yourself. Therefore, be the
best you can ever be. You don't need to try being someone else. Doing that would make you feel unfulfilled, and the frustration would
keep you stressed up.
3. Loneliness from being a workaholic
The
third stress trigger is loneliness resulting from the "achieve it all at
once" habit. Persons with this habit tend to spend more time at large
tasks that ideally, should be broken down into several sub-tasks. This is in a
bid to complete the entire task in one swoop. If you examine the personal lives
of some of those that are workaholics, you will realize that they are always
going in and
out of depression. This is because, as busy, hardworking and sometimes as
friendly as they try to be, they are always very lonely. You say lonely? Yes,
Lonely. This happens to them because of their congested schedules. Loved ones
and friends come second to their work in their lives and are put-off by their
tight schedules. They work so hard, not having time for themselves, or
children, or spouses, etc., only to realize these persons they put second are
the reason for which they work in the first place.
Loneliness
is capable of sapping energy from any individual. Hence, you are bound to get
stressed up if you are or feel lonely. "No matter how engaged you are in life take some time
to rest with loved ones and also friends." If you don't spend time with yourself, family and friends, you will be
stressed out soon due to loneliness. Remember the golden rule, “people come
first”. Make out time to relax with loved ones, go out occasionally, it would
give you great relief.
4. Trying To Please Everyone
To
live a stress free life, we must learn to understand that we can't do
everything people want us to do. The first key to
lowering our stress level
is learning to say NO. You cannot be a "people-pleaser" and keep stress at a manageable level. Saying no is one of the greatest time savers. Some people are able to accomplish more
than others, but we must learn to live within our own limits. As much as we
try, it is impossible to please everyone. Economist have said “human want is
insatiable”. The more we try to do so, the more disappointed, stressed, frustrated and
depressed we will become, because these persons we seek to please would continually
desire more than we can offer. So stop trying to please people. Rather be
yourself and do your best at being you. Learn to say "NO".
5. Expecting So Much, When You Have Given Little
Expecting so much when you have just put in
little is another form of insanity and a
direct invitation to stress. You will always end up frustrated when
you expect too much from others or yourself. Success is not gotten by wishes, but by smart work. If you
want the very best and do not put in the very best you would end up frustrated
and this would lead to stress. Whatever you plant is what you must harvest. If
you live a life of assumption, you will always be disappointed at what life
brings to you. Don't assume all is well. Confirm to be sure. When you do confirm, you will know
what is in or out. Remember this, “Always
inspect what you expect”. Be willing to pay the price in full for anything you want to acquire or level you seek to attain.
CONCLUSION
People who end up tired and worn out, uptight and irritated (all symptoms of stress), usually spend a lot of time
complaining about it, but they do little or nothing to change it. We feel trapped and stressed out most times because we actually think we
have to do or achieve all now, but in truth we don't. Put
away the habits outlined above and you would be amazed by how stress free your
life becomes. Remember to say to yourself, “The best I can do, is all I can do
and nothing more”. Push for excellence but not to the point that breaks you.
